What to expect at your first session:

The initial evaluation includes an intake of your horse’s history and condition, gait analysis, and range of motion.

During palpation, I will examine the condition of your horse’s coat and muscle tone, and form a plan for the session.

During the session, I will use different massage strokes and techniques to effectively address any areas of concern found during the gait analysis, range of motion, and/or palpation.

After the massage, I will stretch specific muscles that were worked on and complete range of motion again to note any differences or improvements and help proprioception (muscle memory) by moving the body with correct biomechanics.

After the session, we will review what was evaluated and addressed during the session and make recommendations for different activities, stretches, etc. to include in your routine going forward.

Traveling Fee | $20
Traveling fee applies to clients outside a 25 mile radius. Fee will be waived if there are 3+ appointments at the same location on the same day.
Handling Fee | $10
Applies when owners are not present and the horse needs to be fetched from the paddock, groomed prior to the session, blanketed, and/or returned to the paddock.
